After a trying Saturday that could have yielded a few gray hairs on mom and dad, we were still able to have a nice birthday celebration with family. Avery gave us quite a scare when he choked, but after x-rays and a few doctor appointments later, we are accepting that Avery may have some allergies that could have triggered the incident or maybe not. We need to keep a watchful eye on him and hope that it never happens again. Despite everything, we had a great birthday party on Sunday playing with cousins and enjoying some cake and ice cream.
