Here We Go Again...

This time the wallpaper destruction is happening to the living room. Already have most of it down...just need to go back through and get the remaining off. I forgot to take beginning pictures, so these will have to do.

Corn Maze

This was our second annual trip to the corn maze. If you recall last year's trip, it was kind of a nightmare. This year the positive's included the weather was perfect, one participant was not pregnant, and we added members to our team -- the Wehrle's (Donny, Jen, and Ethan). It was a lot of fun this time and we were able to make it through the maze with only limited complications. No meltdowns by anyone. The boys behaved. Trip was a success!

 Something must have been hilarious.

Daddy and Devin always team up on these types of adventures. Baby backpack patrol.

Soccer

Soccer...it was an interesting experience.
Avery played in the U4 league this fall, which means kids that will be turning 4 this year. He just met the cutoff, so he was one of the youngest kids playing. We have nothing but positive things to say about the program. The coach was phenomenal with the kids and we all learned some things about soccer. Avery just wasn't into it. He was too young and his attention wasn't there for a full hour practice. He received a really cool uniform (#18). We will see if he wants to do it in a few years when he seems more ready for sports, but definitely won't push it unless he absolutely decides he wants to do it. For now, he was more interested in the loud train that zoomed by during the practice rather than learning to dribble the ball with the laces side of his cleats.

Gritt's Farm

Earlier this month, we visited Gritt's Farm near Winfield with some fellow moms and tots. We enjoyed wagon rides, playing in the corn, searching for the perfect pumpkin and everything else the farm had to offer. Fun day!
